Convoluted Wafer Installation Instruction

3 Bar Core Step 1: First Section place wafer on core with drive lugs on high convolute over first bar. Step 2: Second Section, flip wafer upside down so drive lugs are on lower convolute and Rotate Wafer 120 degrees from First Sections Lug to second bar. Step 3: Third Section, with drive lugs on high convolute Rotate wafer 120 degrees from Second Section to third bar. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 until Core is full.	4 Bar Core Step 1: First Section place wafer on core with drive lugs on high convolute over first bar. Step 2: Second Section, with drive lugs on high convolute Rotate wafer 180 degrees from First Sections Lug to opposite sides bar. Step 3: Third Section, with drive lugs on high convolute align drive lugs same as first sections lugs. Repeat until Core is full.

"Extend your Brush Life"
by checking and maintaining your LDS

L - Level - Your brush level should be checked before sweeping operation begins, this will extend the brush life of the unused bristles by 50%

D - Down Pressure - "More is not Better!" You obtain the best sweeping effect from the bristle tips. So test your down pressure before starting a job. The correct down pressure should clear a 4-6 inch path.

S - Speed - Maintain a low ground speed while sweeping at a higher brush speed obtaining a sweeping effect verses a bull-dozing effect, which in turn damages the life of your brush bristles.
